Almond Joy Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Duncan Hines fudge butter cake mix
4 oz. almonds, sliced
1 pkg. frozen coconut
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
Preparation

Cook cake according to package directions.
Mix sour cream and sugar.
Stir in thawed coconut.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Frost cake with sour cream mixture.
Sprinkle almonds over each layer. Refrigerate.
This cake freezes well.
