Laban-Cucumber-Yogurt Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cucumber
    1 mashed clove garlic
    1 large container yogurt (16 oz.) or Laban
    1 Tbsp. dried spearmint leaves
Preparation
    First peel and dice cucumber.
    Mash the garlic with salt to taste and add to yogurt, then add diced cucumber; last add spearmint leaves.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
    Chill before serving.
