English Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    2 (15 oz.) cans English peas
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 boiled eggs, grated
    4 heaping Tbsp. sour cream
    1 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Let stand overnight or at least a couple of hours.
    Add a dash of Accent (optional).
    After setting overnight, if is seems dry, add a little mayonnaise.
