Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 large eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. raw, chopped apples
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. light brown sugar
1 stick oleo
1/4 c. cream or milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix first 10 ingredients
in order given.
Bake in a greased dish or pan, 12 x 9 x 2-inch, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Leave in dish.
