Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    4 chicken breast filets
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1/2 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Beat egg with 1 tablespoon lemon juice in bowl.
    Mix flour, garlic powder and paprika in shallow dish.
    Rinse chicken and pat dry.
    Dip in egg mixture; coat with flour mixture.
    Brown on both sides in margarine in skillet.
