Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
    2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 small can evaporated milk (add milk to it to make 1 c.)
Preparation
    Melt butter in microwave; add onion to butter and microwave for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
    Add cheese, soup and milk and microwave until cheese is melted.
    Place broccoli and rice in casserole dish.
    Pour cheese mixture over broccoli and rice.
    Stir. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Enjoy.
