Pecan-Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. margarine
1 c. Quick Quaker oats
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In large bowl, place oats, margarine and boiling water.
Stir until margarine is melted.
Stir in both sugars.
Add eggs and mix well.
Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.
Mix well.
Stir in vanilla.
Turn into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
