Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. popped popcorn
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Put popped corn into brown bag.
    Combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in medium-size microwave bowl.
    Microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes, until mixture comes to a boil, stirring after every minute.
    Microwave 2 minutes more.
    Stir in baking soda.
    Pour mixture over popcorn.
    Shake bag well.
    Microwave 1 1/2 minutes.
    Shake bag well.
    Microwave 1 1/2 minutes more.
    Shake bag well.
    Pour out into large cookie sheet until it cools, stirring to keep it separated.
