Green Beans In Sweet Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. red currant jelly
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of salt
    1 lb. fresh green beans
    1/4 c. finely chopped sweet red pepper
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan over low heat until jelly melts, stirring occasionally.
    Wash beans, trim ends, remove strings and steam over boiling water for 11 minutes.
    Add peppers; cover and steam 1 minute more.
    Drain.
    Transfer vegetables to bowl.
    Spoon vinegar mixture over vegetables; toss.
