Microwave Pineapple Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar
    and butter with a fork until crumbly. Remove 1 cup of
    mixture
    for topping and stir in cinnamon and reserve. Stir
    baking powder into large crumb mixture.
    Whisk egg with pineapple
    juice
    and mix lightly with crumb mixture. Lightly grease a
    2-quart
    round
    dish
    or Bundt pan.
    Pour in mixture and top
    with
    reserved crumbs.
    Microwave on Medium 8 minutes.
    Turn dish and cook on High 2 minutes.
