Minestrone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. can cannellini (white kidney beans)
    16 oz. can red kidney beans
    16 oz. seasoned for pasta tomatoes
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 box frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 c. orzo (rice shaped pasta)
Preparation
    Mix beans and tomatoes in a large pot.
    Add broth, spinach and orzo.
    Bring to a boil, stirring to break up spinach.
    Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until orzo is tender.
    Makes 10 cups.
