Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can drained whole corn
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 beaten eggs
    1 pkg. corn muffin mix
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 pt. dairy sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in margarine.
    Fold corn into beaten eggs.
    Add corn muffin mix to egg mixture, then add onion and pepper.
    Put into a well-greased 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Spread with sour cream and cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
