Pralines And Brie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole Brie or Camembert cheese
    1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. chopped pecans or 3/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
    1 tsp. butter, melted
    assorted sliced fruit
Preparation
    Using a long, sharp knife, cut off and discard the top rind of the cheese.
    Combine sugar, pecans or almonds and butter; mix well. Sprinkle evenly over the surface of the cheese.
    Broil 6 inches from the source of heat, until topping is hot and bubbly.
    Cool slightly.
    Serve with sliced fruit, crackers or fresh bread. Serves 6 to 8.
