Microwave Fruit Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh fruit, cut
    3 Tbsp. powdered fruit pectin
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Microwave fruit on High for 2 minutes.
    Stir in pectin.
    Cook for another 2 minutes until bubbly.
    Stir in sugar and lemon juice.
    Cook for 6 minutes.
    Test thickness and cook longer if not as desired.
    Pour into shallow container to cool.
    Pack in containers to freeze or eat right away.
    Keep refrigerated.
