Scotch Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter (no substitutes)
    1 1/4 c. light brown sugar
    4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix.
    Roll to 1/3-inch thick.
    Cut in shapes or squares.
    Bake at 270\u00b0 for about 20 minutes until just brown.
