Cindy'S Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. yellow cornmeal
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. oil
1/3 c. honey
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Measure dry ingredients into a large bowl and stir to mix.
Measure remaining ingredients into a large measuring cup or medium bowl.
Mix together thoroughly and add to dry ingredients.
Stir with wire whisk until dry ingredients are moist.
Pour into a nonstick or lightly oiled 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
