Congo Bills - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 box brown sugar
    2 3/4 c. flour (plain)
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Use regular cake procedures for mixing.
    Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool and cut into squares.
