Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. shortening
    2 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar and soda.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add yeast and buttermilk.
    Mix well.
    Keep in tightly covered bowl in refrigerator.
    Will keep 7 days.
