Apples And Carrots Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans sliced apples
    3 c. carrots, sliced and cooked
    4 Tbsp. flour
    cinnamon and nutmeg
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    butter
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Place 1 can of apples with apple liquid in buttered casserole. Cover with carrots.
    Dot with butter.
    Combine sugars, flour and salt.
    Sprinkle half the sugar mixture over the apples and carrots. Sprinkle with a little nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Repeat layers.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Yields 8 servings.
