Best Ever Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large white potatoes
    onion salt to taste
    salt and pepper (sprinkle)
    grated Parmesan or Romano cheese to taste
    butter
    1 pt. coffee cream
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on for approximately 25 minutes. Cool and refrigerate overnight.
    Butter casserole.
    Scrape off skin from potatoes and grate on medium food grater.
    Layer in casserole the potatoes, onion salt, salt, pepper, grated cheese and dot with butter.
    Repeat for second layer.
    Cover with cream and sprinkle top with grated cheese and paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can be prepared the day before and add cream just before baking.
