Marinade For Grilled London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients

London Broil steak
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. garlic
2 Tbsp. water
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tsp. soy sauce

Preparation

In large Ziploc bag combine all your ingredients.
Place steak in bag and marinate overnight. Grill to desired doneness.
Best if rare or medium rare.
Cut beef across grain at slanted angle into thin slices.
