Chinese Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 1/2 cans water
    1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain grease.
    Mix all other ingredients with beef except noodles.
    Put in casserole and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Take out and top with noodles.
    Bake another 5 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 7.
