Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 (9-inch) pastry shell
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (15 oz.) container cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Bake pastry shell for 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
    Cook spinach as per package directions.
    Squeeze to remove as much moisture as possible.
    Add onion and toss over moderate heat until all liquid has evaporated.
    Remove from heat.
