Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick oleo
1/4 c. Crisco
3 1/2 to 4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs

Preparation

Sift together sugar, flour and salt.
In small pan, put oleo, water, Crisco and cocoa.
Bring to a boil and pour over dry ingredients; mix well.
Add eggs.
Mix soda and buttermilk.
Add buttermilk mixture and vanilla to ingredients.
Mix well and pour into greased and floured pan, about 11 x 15-inches.
Bake 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
When cake has been baking 15 minutes, start to prepare icing.
Serves 20.
