Flounder In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flounder fillets or other fish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1/2 c. shredded sharp American cheese
Preparation
    Place
    fillets\tin a greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle
    with
    1/2
    teaspoon salt and pepper.
    Arrange tomatoes on\ttop;
    sprinkle\twith
    salt.
    Carefully pour wine over
    all; sprinkle with basil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle
    with cheese
    and
    bake for 5 or 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
    Serves 5.
