Crabmeat Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crabmeat
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    herb salt to taste
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1 c. bean sprouts (optional)
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
Preparation
    Blend all the ingredients with enough no-fat salad dressing to moisten.
    Makes about 3 cups.
    Serving is 1/4 cup with 32 calories and 0.5 grams of fat.
