Orange Ginger Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (3 lb.) boneless pork shoulder blade Boston roast
Preparation
    For marinade, stir together the first six ingredients and set aside.
    Trim fat from pork; slice into 1-inch thick slices.
    Place in storage container with marinade.
    Cover and put in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Place on rack of broiler pan.
    Roast in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 40 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once and brushing often with marinade.
