Plum Nutty Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 large jar strained plums baby food
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients together.
Beat in oil, eggs
and plums.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into a greased tube pan and bake
at

for

hour.
Let
cool in pan for 10 minutes.
