Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. Morton's quick cure salt
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and make rolls, put in foil, with shiny side in, roll tightly and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Place rolls on rack over cookie sheet, punch holes in bottom of foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
