Apple Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sliced apples
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Place apples in bottom of Pyrex dish; sprinkle cinnamon.
    Mix sugar, sifted flour, salt and baking powder together; add egg and mix.
    Place over apples; add small amount of butter and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
