Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium size Irish potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 Tbsp. freeze dried chives
    1/2 stick butter
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes in pieces.
    Cover with water.
    Boil until tender.
    Season with salt and pepper, dash of celery salt and garlic salt.
    When tender, drain well in same container.
    Add the butter in small pieces.
    Put in hot potatoes and mash well. Stir in sour cream.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Spread with grated cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and started to brown.
