Crabmeat And Shrimp Pistolettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16-20 pistolettes
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
    1 cup chopped celery
    1/4 cup flour
    2 lbs. shrimp, pre-cooked
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 cup grated Swiss cheese
    grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine, saute seasonings.
    Add flour and milk.
    Stir until smooth and add cheese, stir until melted.
    Add shrimp, crabmeat and season to taste.
    Scoop out pistolettes and fill like a boat.
    Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.
    Bake until hot at 350 degrees.
