Welsh Froise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1 1/2 c. flour
    currants
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together, making a thin batter.
    Pour like pancakes on a hot, greased frypan.
    Add a few currants in the middle of batter while frying.
    Brown on both sides.
    Put on plate and spread with butter and sugar.
    Stack like pancakes, then use a sharp knife and quarter them.
