Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    3 slices bread, torn into small pieces
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 c. celery, chopped or 1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in loaf pan and put extra catsup on top of meat loaf to make a thick coating.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until done.
