Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. rice
    few Tbsp. wild rice (optional)
    1 c. golden raisins
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in medium skillet over medium heat.
    Add onion and saute until slightly softened. Transfer to 2-quart baking dish.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except seeds.
    Cover tightly and bake until broth has been absorbed, about 45 minutes.
    Using fork, mix in sunflower seeds. Makes 6 servings.
