Mashed Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. can mashed sweet potatoes
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. milk

Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Bake in 2-quart casserole at 350\u00b0 until set, about 45 minutes. Top with marshmallows and cook until browned.
