Shrimp And Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped, cooked shrimp
    2 c. flaked crabmeat
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sharp grated cheese
    1 c. potato chips, crumbled
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in margarine.
    Stir in flour.
    Slowly stir in cream.
    Add salt, hot sauce, Worcestershire and sherry. Cook until thick.
    Cool sauce.
    Add cheese, mayonnaise, shrimp and crabmeat.
    Pour into large casserole.
    Sprinkle with chips.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
