Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin Jell-O
    1 2/3 c. boiling water
    2 c. or 4 1/2 oz. container thawed Cool Whip
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. strawberry halves
    1 baked 9-inch pie crust, chilled
Preparation
    Dissolve
    gelatin
    in
    boiling\twater; add sugar. Chill until slightly thickened.
    Spread Cool Whip over bottom and up sides
    of pie crust.\tStir strawberries into thickened gelatin and
    gently spoon on top of Cool Whip mixture.\tChill at least 3 hours.
