Hot Chicken Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, diced
    3 hard-cooked eggs, diced
    1 can (8 oz.) mushrooms
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. onions, diced fine
    salt to taste
    16 slices buttered bread
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Place 8 slices bread, edges together, in pan.
    Combine first six ingredients.
    Spread on slices.
    Place second 8 slices of buttered bread on this.
    Spread with mixture of soup and sour cream.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Serve with fresh fruit salad for bridge!
    Serves 8.
