Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Beat eggs for 5 minutes.
    Add sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice. Mix together and add remaining ingredients.
    Cut wax paper or foil for the bottom of 11 x 16-inch pan.
    Spray with Pam.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn out on smooth muslin tea towel with powdered sugar sprinkled on it.
    While still hot, roll up and let cool. When cool, unroll and remove towel; fill with filling.
