Rhubarb Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Cook rhubarb and orange peel in a minimal amount of water for about 10 minutes.
Combine rest of ingredients.
Mix until smooth. While stirring, slowly add to rhubarb mixture and cook until slightly thickened.
