Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raw white rice
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 cans cream soup (chicken or celery)
2 c. water
1 cut up chicken
Preparation

Put raw rice in bottom of casserole dish.
Add the onion soup mix, then the soup and water, mixed.
Add chicken, putting chicken pieces (salted) on top.
Cook, covered, in oven for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover last 30 minutes to brown.
Cook at 350\u00b0 in 2 1/2 to 3-quart bowl or pan.
