Passover Matzo Farfel Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. matzo farfel
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. apples, grated
    1/4 c. nuts, chopped
    hot water
Preparation
    Cover farfel with hot water, then drain.
    Add beaten eggs and remaining ingredients.
    Bake in greased baking dish for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
