Squash Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. yellow squash
    1/2 c. fine chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash; drain and mash.
    Add sugar and salt.
    Mix well. Add eggs and cracker crumbs.
    Chill overnight.
    Spoon out mixture. Roll lightly in cornmeal.
    Fry in deep fat until firm.
    Makes 10 rolls.
