German Gulasch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lb. beef
    1 1/4 lb. onions
    1/4 lb. bacon
    1 tsp. tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 c. broth or water
    4 Tbsp. whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Cut the beef in cubes.
    Cut the onions and bacon in cubes. Heat bacon until translucent, not brown.
    Add the meat and brown in two to three portions.
    Add the onions and cook until well blended and soft.
    Add tomato paste, paprika, salt, pepper and cumin to the meat mixture.
    Stir well.
    Then add the liquid. Cover pot tightly and simmer on low heat for about 1 1/2 hours.
