Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 small pkg. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. cooked rice
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute onion,
bell pepper and celery in stick of butter in skillet.
Add
broccoli,
cheese, soup and rice.
Heat well over medium
heat.
Pour
into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
