Suriname Nasi(Fried Rice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. fried chicken, diced
    6 c. cooked rice
    4 chicken bouillon cubes, crumbled
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    5 to 6 garlic cloves, crushed
    4 Tbsp. LaChoy soy sauce
    1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
    1 c. raw cabbage, chopped
    1/4 c. oil plus fried chicken drippings
    2 eggs, beaten and scrambled
Preparation
    Heat oil and drippings in wok or Dutch oven.
    Stir-fry onion and garlic for one minute.
    Add chicken, soy sauce, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper and bouillon cubes in this order.
    Let simmer about five minutes, covered.
    Stir in rice about one cup at a time, until all six cups are added.
    Turn off heat.
    Add celery, cabbage and scrambled eggs and mix well.
    Serve with salsa, if desired.
    Serves six.
