Lemon-Garlic Orange Roughy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. orange roughy
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Finely chop garlic.
    Mix with spices and salt with rounded side of spoon.
    Add lemon juice and olive oil.
    In bottom of glass baking dish, put a couple of tablespoons of mixture to coat.
    Then add fish and rub rest of mixture into fish.
    Broil until flaky.
