Family Style Swiss Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter/margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1/3 c. dry white wine or milk
    2 Tbsp. milk
    French bread, cut in 1-inch cubes
Preparation
    Melt butter in fondue pot over a moderate direct flame or in a pot on the stove.
    Stir in next 5 ingredients.
    Stir in milk; cook.
    Stirring constantly until sauce is smooth and thickened, turn down heat.
    Add cheese, a small amount at
    a time, and stir until cheese is melted after each addition.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    Cut in half for a smaller amount.
