Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 peppers
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 egg
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 to 1 c. cooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Clean and hull peppers. Boil 5 minutes and drain. Saute onion lightly with ground beef until beef is lightly brown. Mix together with salt, pepper, cheese, cooked rice, egg and 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Stuff peppers. Put in a pan. Pour rest of tomato sauce over peppers. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
